In a work session, Public Works briefed the board on replacing aging downtown streetlights — 36 of 190 poles flagged, at an estimated $473,000 — before the board voted to enter closed session.

The board reworked its stormwater and green-space rules on the floor and passed them on a first reading, adopted a condo plat and a tornado-repair contract, and renewed a mutual aid agreement.
