What happened
The Clayton Plan Commission and Architectural Review Board met on September 14, 2026, working through three substantive matters before a lengthy public hearing on the city's first draft Residential Unified Development Code consumed the latter portion of the evening. - 17 Brentmoor Park — Architectural Review: approved by voice vote as submitted, covering a Tudor-influenced two-and-a-half-story replacement home with stone, plaster, and timber materials, copper gutters and downspouts, and a semicircular asphalt driveway.
